It feeds my neighborhood birds...

ReplyDeleteIf I wanted to I could grow a massive amount of sunflowers from the bird seed that falls from the feeder into the yard. However, the spot is in the middle of the yard and not conducive to large plants, so I go out once a week and pull the sprouts out.
Years ago I grew them, loved that, but now....I buy them at the local grocery. I tend to hold onto them longer than nature intended. Smiles!
