Let us not forget.....
The last thing we should do with this memory is let it
become merely a conversation topic.
On some level,
we owe those who were there....
We owe them a moment
to ponder
the responsibilities of being an American.
What would we have done,
if our early September morning
was interrupted ......
And our lives
changed
forever?
