Maybe menopause.....

possibly, PMS......

whatever it is....

I no longer have the ability to think, write,

compose, articulate (although, I haven't stopped talking)

so

Well, thank goodness for family....

I know that not everyone feels the same...

I know how lucky I really am..

The Stud in my life is blessed the 2 really wonderful sons.

I am blessed with my own, but he doesn't allow photographs....

These 2 are now taller than dad...

He can still out-arm wrestle them though...

He can probably out run them too...

He can also out "BS" them...

which is a very good thing.

I am realizing that this stage of my life is filled with

changes, some very good and some not so much..

Hot Flashes=Bad

Older Children=Good

My parents are still independent,

quick witted, spiritually strong,

and my heroes....

Yep, I would say that today is a day to appreciate

Blessings....

Who could compete with these beauties?

Truth stranger than fiction....

reality better than man-made.....

Nature at her best.....

What can I say?

These hydrangeas are right outside my front door.

They blow me away every time I walk out......

I absolutely love them.

I really want to cut them all and bring them inside,

where it isn't 95 degrees and humid.

But then I think they just might like that

sort of sauna saturated stuff.

I don't.

I have hot flashes.

If you have had hot flashes, you know.

If you haven't, just wait.

Sweet Summer Sunshine!

I love summer!

Always have.....

I even like to sweat a bit.....

not from hot flashes,

but from hot summer sunshine.

I love the products of summer,

Sunflowers,

Suntans,

Sunny smiles,

Super Swimming pools,

the smell of suntan lotion (Coppertone)

Silly sassy swimsuits on little girls,

Super Squirt guns in little boys hands,

I love summer!

I went over to our neighborhood pool this morning

and put up all the umbrellas.....

not because it was hot,

but just because I like how it looked.

I love summer!
